Dr. Richard Anderson is a recognized pioneer in endoscopic cosmetic facial surgery. He is a frequent speaker and teacher at national and international plastic surgery meetings and has published his innovative endoscopic techniques in plastic surgery journals. He has been performing and teaching endoscopic facial surgery for over nine years and has done 1000 endoscopic facial procedures.

WHAT IS IT?

The Anderson Endoscopic Face Life procedure, which Dr. Richard Anderson has developed and perfected over the last 10 years, eliminates many of the signs of facial aging in both men and women.

Dr. Anderson's procedure is a Minimally Invasive Surgery which gently lifts sagging brow, softens forehead and facial lines, lifts the entire mid face region and results in a rejuvenated, rested, and more youthful natural appearance.

If you are concerned about these changes Dr. Anderson's Endoscopic Face Lift could be for you.

  1. A tired appearance, which often is related to sagging brow and sagging midface.
  2. Forehead frown lines
  3. Sagging of the cheek areas and prominent cheek folds
  4. An increasing hollow appearance under the eyes with dark circles and shadows under the eyes.
  5. Drooping noted at the corner of the mouth and more lines and wrinkles at this area
  6. Jowl changes along the jaw line area.

HOW IS THIS PROCEDURE DONE?

The Anderson Endoscopic Face Lift is accomplished through tiny hidden incisions in the patient's temple hair and scalp hair. The endoscope itself consists of two parts, a small tubular, pencil shaped, camera with an incorporated light system. The endoscope is inserted through a small and inconspicuous incision.

Dr. Anderson then accomplishes the surgical procedure watching your surgery on a tv monitor screen while moving the endoscope and special small surgical instruments such as forceps, endoscopic scissors, and tissue elevators under the skin, much like working with chopsticks through tiny incisions.

WHAT ARE THE PATIENT ADVANTAGES WITH ENDOSCOPIC SURGERY?

Dr Anderson's Endoscopic facial surgery techniques have many patient advantages including: small and virtually invisible incisions, less bruising, less swelling, more rapid return to normal activity, and a natural appearing youthful appearance. Because the incisions are small and magnification is used with endoscopic surgery, the risk of sensory loss from nerve damage is decreased. With this Minimally Invasive approach, patients recover more rapidly than if they had undergone open surgery.
